To maintain Mountain Gate’s beauty, all homeowners must comply with the CC&Rs (listed below) We encourage every homeowner to keep a copy handy; you should have received a printed copy in your closing package.

The most commonly touched on rule is that for any changes to trees, the landscaping, or exterior of your property you must contact the ACC for approval.
